Negative: pillows

Lovely little gem in great location. Positive: Well equipped, newly refurbished, clean, quiet. Negative: It’s 3rd floor with very creaky floorboards. Impossible to move around quietly. Also a shame we couldn’t park outside when there is residents parking available.

we enjoyed Harrogate and apart from the above the flat was ok Positive: location and size of property, bathroom/shower was very good Negative: The amenities stated a dishwasher - we couldn't find one - disappointing as that was a main reason for choosing the accommodation Coffee machine didn't work as it needed descaling - nothing to descale with so couldn't use it One sofa had a seating cushion cover missing so it was covered with a blanket so had to sit on the blanket and couldn't use it Tea towels had been rinsed and were left wet in the kitchen so had to dry them on radiators before they could be used Pillows were poor quality and mattress could have been better The property needs a hand rail leading up to the lounge/kitchen as there's nothing to hold on to Wifi signal was erratic in main bedroom but may be due to location - might just need a booster I did text Issac on Monday to tell him about these things but have not had a reply

The apartment was the cherry on the top of a lovely stay in Harrogate Negative: The TV reception was impossible, unfortunately.

Excellent stay - super safe, comfortable, clean, lovely apartment. Positive: The property was in a perfect location to walk into the centre of Harrogate. It was clean, modern, comfortable and felt very safe and welcoming. The beds were super comfy and the shower was excellent. Such a gorgeous touch leaving a little hamper basket too we were very grateful.
