Positive: Convenient, comfy and good price

Clean, well equipped, and handy, would stay again Positive: Property was extremely clean and well supplied, cafetiere, microwave (no teapot), the windows can be opened. Location is excellent, in fairly quiet residential area only a few minutes walk from town centre and railway station. Thoughtful provision of a torch in each bedroom. Tea, coffee and milk sachets are provided. Welcome pack included pasta, biscuits, crisps. Would stay there again. Negative: Hooks on back of doors would be helpful, especially in back bedroom where there is no hanging space, back of bathroom door, and maybe front door in case four people came in with wet coats. Key boxes outside will need re-numbering soon, each keybox bears a flat number, but these are fading. Was emaled 2 sets of intructions, one set implied that keys from keybox will open front door. These keys were for flat door only, as front door is on a separate key code, as was clear in second set of instructions, which another set of visitors were not aware of.

Lovely and clean apartment in ideal location. Would stay again! Positive: Really great property. Super location and very clean and tidy. Hamper was a lovely touch and there was everything you would need. Negative: Sofa was very small and not very comfortable

A perfect 3 night stay in Harrogate. Positive: The host provided lots of things which made our stay comfortable.-There was a basket of comfort items like snacks and bottled water, little toothbrushes and toothpaste, cleaning stuff in the kitchen, tea, coffee, sugar, nice coffee pods and plenty of clean fluffy towels and toiletries in the bathroom. The beds were very comfy and the apartment was spotless. Overall we were very comfortable and actually stayed in the first night and cooked ourselves a little meal as it was so cosy and the weather wasn't good. I found the communication with the host was excellent, they were very responsive to any messages. The location was excellent being a short walk from the railway station and the town centre and it felt a safe neighbourhood. Negative: There was nothing we didn't like! Just a really small thing, we found the TV channels kept breaking up during viewing. There were no BBC channels on the tv menu that we could see and as avid strictly fans we couldn't miss it on Sat night so we used the i-player app to watch BBC and You Tube for viewing other content so all was good. I brought my own tablet too which worked well on the apartments free Wifi.
