Real luxury in Harrogate town centre Positive: Often the word luxury is not an accurate description but we stayed in apartment 1, a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment and it was a proper luxury apartment. The quality of the decoration, fittings and furniture was excellent. The host made regular contact to check everything was OK and very helpful. Negative: Fortunately the heatwave had ended when we stayed but I imagine the apartment would have been quite warm if outside temperatures were high. The host has provided several fans which made our stay absolutely fine.

Exceptional stay in the heart of Harrogate Positive: Our stay at Honey & Oak was the perfect way to celebrate my 30th birthday. The apartment was exceptionally comfortable and finished to a very high standard, with excellent fixtures and fittings throughout. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. Self check-in was straightforward, with clear instructions provided in advance. The hosts were fantastic – friendly, responsive and communicative both before and during our stay. They even provided fans during the recent heatwave, which was a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated. The location is excellent, right on the high street and within easy walking distance of some great pubs and restaurants. Parking was also very convenient, with the Odeon cinema car park just a five-minute walk away. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Negative: Nothing really – there was some early morning street noise (~4am) due to the central location, but it didn't detract from our stay.

Great stay at a beautifully kitted out apartment Positive: Beautifully appointed apartment close to the station in Harrogate. Communication from the host was very good. Negative: Some noise from the street as it's in a commercial district - around 4am each morning - no fault of the apartment however.
