Positive: Everything. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and beautifully furnished Negative: Unfortunately, we were awakened early morning: 1am the first and the second and 5am the last morning, by delivery lorries unloading their stock to shopping mall across the road. The noise was loud and continued for a long time which made getting back to sleep impossible. As this wasnt mentioned by other reviewers I am imagining it doesnt happen every day.

I had a wonderful stay, & would definitely return to St James. Positive: Decor superb, well equipped & spotlessly clean. Excellent mattress. The extras provided like a fan, facecloths, showergel/shampoo, washing up liquid, T-bags/coffee, milk, water were most welcome. Location was amazing in the centre of Harrogate with 1 minute to the bus station, 2 minutes to the railway station, M&S a few doors away, and a large supermarket 5 mins walk. Excellent communications & explanations. Negative: A little warm throughout my sunny stay. Shop deliveries during the night, which were totally out of the control of the St James' team, were v noisy.

Positive: A beautifully furnished, bright, and spacious apartment. It has a well-maintained central entrance and is ideally located in the heart of the shopping center, close to great restaurants, cafés, the bus station, and a taxi stand. The staff is very friendly! Negative: During the evening, the street was quiet and peaceful. However, around 5:00 a.m., deliveries to a nearby restaurant or shop began. The goods were transported on metal carts, which made quite a lot of noise. This lasted for about an hour each morning. If you're a light sleeper, I recommend keeping the windows closed and, if necessary, using earplugs.
